Refund and Returns Policy



Terms and Conditions

If your training is due to start within 30 days since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund – although you may choose to start within the next cohort of leaners.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your request of refund is received and paperwork inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only accept changes to course start dates if your purchase is before 30 days prior to the first day session or in exceptional circumstances. Please email [email protected] for more information regarding exceptional circumstances.
